For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Transition Manager role.
Your role
We’re seeking a proactive and self-driven Transition Manager who will manage the shift from current operating models to the newly defined model in Linklaters, implement change management strategies and oversee the execution of transformation projects aligned with strategy, tracking and reporting on their performance to ensure successful delivery.
With strong experience of working in dynamic and matrix organisational structures, you will have a chance to play a crucial role in driving organizational change while supporting key stakeholders in the transformational journey.
Your role comprises of the following areas:
Transition planning & execution:
Coordinate effective transitioning of process and scope between functions and locations.
Create and track detailed plans for transition projects, setting clear milestones and deliverables.
Deliver effective change management for projects, utilising impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
Implement and monitor key performance metrics through tools, dashboards, processes, underpinned by established market methodologies to ensure success and drive real change.
Proactively manage risks across transformation programmes, identify their owners and develop mitigation plans together with them.
Apply conceptual knowledge of process mapping and impact assessments to identify gaps between current and future states of business processes.
Ensure all transformation activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including internal processes & conventions.
Perform statistical analysis, profiling, and forecasting to support Firm cases, requirements gathering, solution proposals, and post-implementation benefit tracking.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their pain points, challenges, and priorities.
Regularly connect with stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with different leads in the Firm to drive alignment and standardisation of approach, process, and governance where possible.
Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing proactive updates on progress, challenges, and any changes in approach.

Your experience
Successful track record in managing organizational transitions and change initiatives within complex matrix organisations.
Proven experience in GBS, SSC, BPO, ITO environment.
7+ years of relevant experience gathered in an international, diverse environment preferably within a professional services area.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, engagement planning and ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally at all levels.
Exceptional team work skills – valuing collaboration, cultivating relationships, and bringing people together for collective success.
Ability to build relations and communicate effectively at all levels.
Strong drive for achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes, demonstrating accountability for performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing ambiguity with a positive and flexible mindset.
Ability to proactively drive, promote and implement changes and innovation within the organisation, while helping others to adapt into a new eco-system.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal English skills at a business proficiency level.
