This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. *Looking for someone with F&I Manager background as well to assist in both roles.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission(s) off department Net, and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, total units, Flat Rate Hours. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $95,283 to $229,381.
