Responsibilities
The Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.  This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. *Looking for someone with F&I Manager background as well to assist in both roles.

  • Ensure sales goals are attained
  • Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
  • Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
  • Address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive Sales Management experience
  • F&I Manager experience highly preferred
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission(s) off department Net, and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, total units, Flat Rate Hours. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $95,283 to $229,381.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
