Come Be Inspired…come work with us at M Booth.We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for a Vice President to join our growing Consumer Lifestyle team!As a Vice President on the Lifestyle team, you will lead some of our biggest and most exciting spirits & beverages brands. You'll be responsible for running a section of the practice and the growth of accounts as well as the development and execution of client programs. You'll possess expert client relations skills, people and agency management skills, marketing savvy to sell in new projects and identify new business, lead presentations, and guide your brands to success. You'll also manage an amazing, passionate and talented team.Who You Are• An energetic and dynamic culture vulture• A strong networker with relationships that span fashion, food/bev, entertainment, sports, art, etc.• A client whisperer who doesn't just do what's asked by your clients but is a true partner, guiding them by identifying and developing programs around their biz needs while establishing trust and collaboration between our team and theirs• An expert in how to get earned media for brands in creative, innovative, and breakthrough ways that get clients excited, in both planned and opportunistic ways• Expertise in how influencers can drive success for brands, and guiding a team of influencer experts for your brands• Out on the scene and ready to connect dots and develop the relationships that matter• An excellent communicator and presenter to clients, internal stakeholders, and new business prospects• An experienced new biz builder including incremental growth + new business• A critical thinker who goes beyond the surface level, and has exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and outside the boxWhat You'll Do• Lead top spirits, beverage and lifestyle brands that activate in culture, from Art Basel and Coachella to F1 and the US Open• Be client relationship lead, and serve as a trusted voice and advisor• Dissect client business objectives/goals and craft strategies that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashion• See the future - ID the trends, people, brands that are relevant and complement the clients and work we do• Develop strategic recommendations and sell-in programming• Manage a team and all workflow across the full account, including overseeing all programs and managing the budgeting and staffing of the business• Strengthen relations with and bring relevant tastemakers, brand partners and influencers in to the fold of brands on an programmatic and ad hoc basis• Report on competitive brand and lifestyle trends to clients; demonstrate ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind “ways in” for brands harnessing these trendsWhat You'll Bring• 8+ years of marketing experience; experience with alcohol brands a must• Solid foundation in public relations – both traditional media and digital• Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend culture• Ability to “roll with it” and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivots• Experience with tastemaker/influencer ID, negotiation and activation management• Ability to counsel and provide ongoing strategic POVs• The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in consumer marketing specifically: traditional public relations, large integrated programming, social strategy, and influencer marketing (paid and organic)• Ability to command a room and get stakeholder buy-in from multiple channels• Bachelor's Degree• Ability to travel and be in person with clients in their office, at events, and activations (this is required)What We'll Bring:Here are a few highlights of the benefits we offer at M Booth:• A workplace that's alive with courage, ideas, respect and humanity• Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career• Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family• A 401(k) Savings Plan and Flexible Spending Accounts• Paid holidays, Unlimited Paid Time Off (Personal, Sick, Vacation), and Summer Fridays• Additional Perks: Family Leave, Well-Being Programs, and Commuter Benefits• Salary: $135,000-165,000Location: New York CityOur Flexible Work Policy:\We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment.
