Our Digitization and Automation Team within Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who will focus on developing digital, automated solutions in collaboration with other team members and in partnership with our business partners across GWAM Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge and capability using the Microsoft suite of products, primarily Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Platform, Power BI) and SQL query/programming language, but also MS Azure, other tools/capabilities/languages to develop solutions

  • Apply your analytical skills and critical thinking to ask questions, understand business drivers and needs, and bring order and precision to scope and requirements on initiatives

  • Capitalize on ability to build and foster positive, effective relationships to strengthen partnerships with key partners.

  • Deliver documented solution requirements and propose solutions in a clear and concise manner

  • Propose business decisions that get results and solve customer problems

What we are looking for

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics or related Discipline.

  • Strong proficiency in finding creative solutions

  • Analytical; enjoy working with data and solving problems

  • Experience with programming languages, data platforms or sources, e.g., SQL, C#.NET, VB, ASP.NET, Python, MS Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

  • You bring an Agile approach to the table and are passionate about Agile delivery

  • Customer centric focus

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed

  • Strong time management, planning, and communication skills

Salary range is expected to be between

$57,675.00 CAD - $96,125.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
