Sales Support Representative

Job Overview:

The Sales Support Representative provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. 

 

This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you need to relocate for this role, Marvin has a variety of benefit offerings to support your move.

 

Highlights of your role:
  • Knowledgeable in processing of “on behalf of” orders, quotes
  • Knowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers/distributors with entry methods and special pricing.
  • Understands the customer service process, warranties and processing of field service orders.
  • Knowledgeable of order the order flow process: from customer through manufacturing to shipping
  • Ability to manage all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to the customer.
Compensation: $20.15 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, demonstrating a reliable work ethic
  • Very organized and able to multi-task
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Proven work experience
  • Ability to learn all aspects of Marvin products and services.
  • Available to work 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
  • Excellent computer and math skills
