Job Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer at Master-Works, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional and user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for the entire design process from user research to prototyping, ensuring that our interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our users' needs and business objectives.
Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Implement design solutions that are validated through usability testing.
• Ensure designs are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
• Maintain and update design documentation, style guides, and user experience standards.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles in all aspects of development.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices regarding UI/UX design, user research, and usability testing.

If you have at least 4 years of experience in the UX/UI field, a related degree, and a solid grasp of design tools like Adobe and Figma, we’d love to meet you.
