VA Onboarding Specialist

The VA Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end integration of Virtual Assistants (VAs) with new clients, ensuring successful partnerships during the critical first 60 days. This role requires strong coordination with various departments, including Talent Acquisition, Client Success, HR, Training, IT, and Finance, to facilitate an efficient and engaging onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to providing an exceptional onboarding experience for VA's.

●       Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement and growth

●       Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships

●       A proactive and resourceful approach to solving problems and addressing concerns.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

●       Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

●       Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, operations, or a similar role within a staffing or outsourcing environment.

●       Experience working with Virtual Assistants in a remote or BPO setting, is a plus.

●       Background in VA industry or remote workforce management preferred
