In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to shape and execute people strategies that drive business growth, enhance team performance, and build a scalable workforce. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges and thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with functional leaders to shape and execute people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Align HR strategies with business objectives to support company growth and scalability.

  • Data Informed Problem Solving: Leverage data based insights to develop pragmatic solutions for short-term and long-term business challenges. Identify trends and proactively address workforce planning needs.
  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Driving Engagement & Retention: Design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace. Analyze key workforce trends and prepare talent solutions to improve org effectiveness including identifying high-potential employees and work with the business leaders to develop career plans and provide them with the right opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Implement and support performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and career growth frameworks.
  • Partnerships: Partners with COEs like HR Ops, Talent Management, TA, and Total Rewards teams to deliver different employee programs based on needs and plans.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a mediator for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace issues. Ensure fair and transparent resolution of people-related matters.


We'd love to hear from you, if you:
  • Own a master's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR a plus).
  • Acquire 7-8 years of HR experience, with 4-5 years as an HRBP. Experience in Tech or SaaS companies or high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Have proven experience partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational change.
  • Are Curious, a Good listener, and has strong Consultative and Advisory skills.
  • Are a team player with a sense of ownership and “Get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
  • Obtain a general knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws in India and global markets, and industry best practices
  • Requires comfort with ambiguity and change, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
