Job Description

TANDEM Partnerships is in search of a Sponsorship Services Assistant to support our
sales team throughout the busy summer months. We are looking for a savvy, quick thinking individual who is eager to learn, grow, and gain experience in an agency
environment.

At TANDEM, you will:

  • Learn the ins and outs of sponsorship and advertising
  • Work directly with some of the most fun and unique properties in California
  • Gain exposure to a diverse array of brands
  • Have fun working with the coolest team in sponsorship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure partner compliance during the 2025 OC Fair.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Team on content capture during events, brand activations, and the 2025 OC Fair.
  • Aid the Servicing Team in proof-of-performance capture and tracking during the 2025 OC Fair.

Required Skills:

  • Organized – use consistent nomenclature, structured notetaking and leverage digital tools.
  • Self-Starter – initiative approach, goal oriented and adaptable
  • Teamwork – Must be comfortable in a supportive, team-orientated role.
  • Resourceful – leverage knowledge, collaborations, and tools to complete tasks.
  • Detail oriented and creative – communication needs to be engaging and effective.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written must be clear, concise and articulate.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • 1-2 year's experience in business development, sales, or related field experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must live within 20 miles of OC Fairgrounds, Costa Mesa, CA

Rate: $20.00/hour

This is a seasonal position (4/1/25 - 8/31/25)

Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
