Job Description

  • Agreed upon fixed schedule can be based on personal needs
  • Will report directly to the Market Area Manager and is a market-based role
  • Travel requirements are 0% with the exception of being present at the following dealer visits:
    • 1 Sustainment visit
    • 1 Mobile Service Launch
    • 1 CX Launch
      • The MS and CX launch may be the same visit
  • The new role comes with a new offer letter from MSXi

Objectives / Deliverables

  1. Pre-Visit (Sustainment) Packets
    1. These packets will have elements of what was previously called “sustainment packets”. As a team, we will be developing the components of that.
    2. Non-Mobile Service vs Mobile Service dealers may be different packets

 

  1. Health Checks
    1. We are currently piloting Health Checks with Field Coaches and Product Experts
      1. We are looking for feedback from PEs, to continue to enhance the Health Checks
      2. We will take learnings and fine tune Health Checks which include pre-work and post-work
      3. The Health Checks will be a virtual meeting with the dealer
      4. If there are dealers that are not utilizing GXP, Health Checks may be considered a virtual visit.
          1. The Market Specialist will lead that virtual visit
      5. These virtual visits will include a Product Expert if changes are needed
        1. Ex. Shop hours needed to be increased by an hour, a new employee needs to be added, etc.
    2. Frequency
      1. Will depend on dealer size based on RO Count
      2. Influential and larger dealer meetings could potentially include:
        1. Ford personnel
        2. MAMs
        3. Field Coach
    3. Different styles of Health Checks for U300 and O300 dealers
    4. Follow up required post-Health Check
      1. Market Specialist will follow up with the dealer post-Health Check for ______________.
      2. Writing a summary for what occurred (checklist) stored in a repository for all positions to review the discussion/notes.

 

  1. Reporting
    1. Monitor dealer’s performance
    2. Will need access to Flash Ops Report / Qlik Sense
    3. Trend Analysis – how is the dealership tracking using GXP?
      1. Increasing or decreasing usage month over month
    4. What conversations can we have with these numbers?
    5. Potentially a “class” for the specialists to understand the numbers and the inferences we can make because of it

 

  1. You are the SUPPORT for the MAM and Field Coaches in your designated Market Area. This role could still include components of a PHQ agent. (Following up on incidents, pulling reports, etc)
