To be a successful Learning Assessor at Multiverse, candidates should possess at least 1+ years of experience in an academic or industry environment, excellent written communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. While direct industry experience in domains such as AI, Data, or Software Engineering is desirable, a passion for supporting apprentice development through effective assessment is essential.

As a Learning Assessor at Multiverse, you will be provided with training on the use of assessment platforms and tools essential for your role. When providing feedback, it’s important to be clear and constructive. I'd start by highlighting what the apprentice did well, followed by specific areas for improvement. My goal would be to frame feedback in a way that motivates and supports their growth, ensuring they understand the assessment criteria.

In previous roles, I have encountered situations where I needed to adapt to new assessment tools rapidly. I made it a priority to review available training materials and reach out to colleagues who were familiar with the system, which helped me get up to speed while ensuring high-quality assessments.
