Honda of Downtown Chicago, part of the esteemed Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. Position Summary:

As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring a positive first impression as they visit our dealership. Your role will include managing the front desk, handling calls, directing inquiries, and assisting our team with various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor as they enter the dealership

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally

Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member

Provide general administrative support, including managing appointments and maintaining a clean, organized front desk

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service


What We’re Looking For:

Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus

Basic knowledge of office software and phone systems
