Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.
About the Role
This individual will strategically lead and execute digital marketing activities across our paid social channels to drive new & incremental acquisition to continue our growth across MYOB’s product offerings to the SME, Accountants & Partners categories. This role should have strong executionary and technical capabilities across Paid Social channels including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
Knowledge, Experience and Expertise
- Proven experience in creating and driving demand in a growth acquisition and performance marketing environment to achieve targets.
- Strong hands-on experience with Paid Social end-to-end from strategy to execution to optimisations and reporting.
- Relevant experience with campaign management toolsets (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn...) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Planning and managing projects in a cross functional environment to help drive channel strategy within wider digital marketing and campaign strategies.
- Managing Paid Social budgets to balance monthly spend across campaigns, tactical pushes, and boosting organic posts.
- Consult on creative best practice for content creation by providing recommendations based off learnings
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and develop business cases to support new opportunities.
- Work with external agencies as required to communicate business priorities and collaborate on strategy and execution.
- Experience working with influencer or UCG marketing is highly regarded
