This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
As our AI Strategy & Advisory Lead, you will be a strategic advisor to our clients, a thought leader in the AI space, and a key contributor to the development and evangelisation of our AI solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and presenting bespoke AI strategies to clients, aligning with their unique business objectives. This will involve conducting client workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI opportunities and challenges and to gather requirements for new AI products. You will provide expert guidance on AI solutions, technologies, and best practices to clients and internal teams. Leading client-facing projects, you will ensure successful AI implementation and measurable ROI, while promoting the use of NCS AI products. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will build strong client relationships and foster trust, becoming a trusted advisor for NCS AI solutions.
Furthermore, you will develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of NCS AI solutions to prospective and existing clients. Contributing to the ideation, design, and development of new AI solutions based on client feedback and market trends. Creating thought leadership content, such as white papers, blog posts, and presentations, to showcase NCS AI expertise. Presenting at industry conferences and events to evangelise NCS AI solutions. Gathering client feedback to drive roadmaps and working with product teams to ensure client needs are reflected in product development.
