Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT is looking to hire a Full-Time Salary Media Creator-Sporting Goods to join our team.  We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company.  We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self.  As a Media Creator-Sporting Goods you will be actively invested in telling the story of North 40 Outfitters through photography and videography. You will be responsible for creating media across multiple mediums, including print, digital, social, tv and more to bring excitement to our Sporting Goods category.  You will be responsible for scheduling shoots, working with potential clients, and following brand guidelines to create content. Along with the rest of the creative team, you will work to find new and exciting ways to reach our customers and be a resource to our audience. 

This full-time position requires the ability to work on-site and all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm.  This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in photography and videography 
  • Professional experience with Adobe Products including Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop 
  • Experience shooting photos and video on set and location 
  • Ability to plan shoots with potential clients and the creative team 
  • Experience and use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn 
  • Understand brand voice and carry out projects to meet brand requirements 
  • Ability to organize media assets on servers for easy access for the marketing team 
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability and drive to multitask and meet deadlines 
  • Should have a strong interest in engaging with individuals online and in person to promote the North 40 brand 
  • Skills in social media writing and copy editing preferred 
  • Professional experience in digital advertising or marketing is preferred
