Construction Crew Internship

As a Construction Crew Intern at Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative, your responsibilities will include assisting with trenching and excavation tasks, aiding in conduit installation, and supporting concrete forming and pouring. You will also participate in fence installation and help with general construction site preparation and cleanup. To qualify for the Construction Crew Internship at Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative, you should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a formal educational program in Construction, Engineering Technology, Skilled Trades, or a related field, maintaining a GPA of 2.80 or higher. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who can work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

During your internship at Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative, you will receive hands-on training from experienced professionals in various aspects of construction and site development. You’ll learn safety practices, construction techniques, and the proper use of tools while contributing to actual projects. The Construction Crew Internship at Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative follows a standard work schedule of four 10-hour days, from Monday to Thursday, starting at 6:00 a.m. and concluding at 4:30 p.m. This schedule allows for an immersive work experience, providing ample time to engage with tasks and gain industry insights.
