Marketing Automation Specialist- Harahan

This job assists in development, implementation and optimization of strategic targeted marketing campaigns using our system’s CRM (customer relationship management) tool. Builds audience lists and email campaigns and uses the CRM tool to identify new marketing opportunities.

Education

Required - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, computer science or related field.

Work Experience

Required - 2 years of marketing or CRM experience.

Preferred - 2 years of marketing or CRM experience including 1 year of project leadership experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation and email marketing.

  • Knowledge of HTML email coding and list audience segmentation.

  • Ability to learn new systems, coding languages and data architecture.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Duties

  • Develops targeted marketing audience lists and email campaigns.

  • Builds marketing emails using HTML.

  • Works with marketing and other internal teams to implement automated marketing email campaigns.

  • Partners with the internal analytics team and marketing strategy team to analyze and report on marketing campaign performance.

  • Monitors performance and works with the marketing team to make campaign optimizations and highlight key areas of success and opportunity.

  • Identifies new opportunities within CRM system to enhance/optimize campaigns or audience segments.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
