Founding Engineer

As a Founding Engineer at Omi, you'll be responsible for owning the full stack, which includes Flutter or React Native, Python for backend, firmware development, and more. You will architect and build the Omi SDK, create prototypes that scale into products, directly influence the product direction, and foster a collaborative culture within the team.

The ideal candidate for the Founding Engineer role at Omi should have a proven track record of building and shipping impressive products—be it a product with over a million users or successfully raising funds as a founder. Omi’s current tech stack includes Flutter (with potential migration to React), Python/Flask, firmware developed in C, and BLE technology. Proficiency in these areas will be essential for a Founding Engineer to effectively contribute and navigate the development landscape.
