What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, focused on supporting our buyers in the vehicle sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for building trust and fostering positive business relationships with our customers. You will guide them throughout the entire buying process, including after-sales support, via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, you'll proactively engage with customers to maximize conversion rates, stimulate bids in auctions, and facilitate a smooth and timely managed after sales process.
