What are we looking for?  
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, focused on supporting our buyers in the vehicle sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for building trust and fostering positive business relationships with our customers. You will guide them throughout the entire buying process, including after-sales support, via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, you'll proactively engage with customers to maximize conversion rates, stimulate bids in auctions, and facilitate a smooth and timely managed after sales process.

What will you do? 

  • Gaining trust and building a positive business relationship with our customers . 
  • Supporting our customers throughout the entire buying process including after-sales activities via phone, emails and chat. 
  • Getting in touch with customers to maximize the conversion rate and stimulate bids in the auctions. 
  • Facilitate a smooth and timely managed after sales process.  

 

Who are you? 

  • You are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. 
  • Any additional European language is a plus. 
  • You are computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM programs such as Salesforce.  
  • You are a fast learner. 
  • You have a first experience in a similar position or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate. 
  • You are a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit. 
  • You are goal oriented and you enjoy supporting your clients. 
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in an international environment. 
  • You are living in the surroundings of Tienen and open to work at the office 3 days per week.
