Panelmatic is looking for an accountable Protection & Control Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines related to P&C (Relay) panel projects. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Panelmatic is on the lookout for a motivated Protection & Control Project Engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment! In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our P&C (Relay) panel projects, overseeing everything from the initial concept right through to completion. Your days will include juggling multiple projects, ensuring that everything is scheduled and planned accurately, and making sure we hit all quality benchmarks. You’ll have a hand in guiding proposal development, leading important kick-off meetings, and ensuring that all project documentation is in check. Understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable plans will be crucial, as you'll develop shop drawings and manage the creation of a comprehensive Bill of Material. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager to secure customer acceptance, ensuring every detail is perfect. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in electrical engineering, ideally with at least 10 years in the field, and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Experience with AutoCAD and a strong grasp of electrical design tools is a must. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities will serve you well here.
