Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO services.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
  • Document customer queries and interactions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure clients are informed about products and services.
  • Participate in training to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing trends and solutions.
  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong interest in digital marketing and SEO practices.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
