About the Role

Pavago is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join our client, a leading provider of premium western apparel under the Durango brand. If you're a go-getter who thrives in sales, enjoys building relationships, and loves the challenge of closing deals, this is the role for you!

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, reaching new customers, securing re-orders, and finalizing deals within both the Hispanic and traditional customer markets in the United States. Success in this role means relentlessly pursuing opportunities, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound sales calls.
  • Closing Deals: Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting product benefits and securing orders.
  • Account Growth & Reorders: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about product offerings, customer preferences, and market trends to provide value-driven recommendations.
