As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll become a PayMongo product expert, driving education and value for our merchants while managing multiple client interactions across different stages of the customer lifecycle. Working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Growth, your input will be vital in transforming customer feedback into actionable insights. You’ll also assist in conducting qualitative analyses with our partner agency and implementing customer experience research initiatives like Net Promoter Score surveys and churn analysis.
