L'EQUIPE

En tant que Product Marketing Manager Senior, vous serez le/la garant(e) du succès de notre gamme de produits à destination des marchands Enterprise. Vous définirez le positionnement stratégique, identifierez les opportunités de marché et pilotez le lancement de nouvelles offres, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Produit, Sales et Communication.

TES MISSIONS

  • Définition du positionnement de nos produits
    • Analyser le marché, la concurrence et les besoins des clients pour identifier les axes de différenciation et les avantages compétitifs de nos solutions.
    • Réaliser des études de marché approfondies pour identifier les tendances, les besoins émergents, l’environnement réglementaire et en extraire des opportunités de croissance.
    • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de positionnement claire et percutante, en cohérence avec l'identité de marque de Payplug.
  • Construction de nos USP
    En collaboration avec notre cellule “performance”, une équipe transverse qui regroupe des product managers, account managers, data analysts, …
    • Mener une veille sectorielle active pour anticiper les évolutions du marché et identifier les meilleures pratiques.
    • Identifier des angles et KPIs clé qui puissent servir d’illustration concrète à notre proposition de valeur “performance”.
    • Identifier, et développer des messages clés et des supports de communication adaptés à la cible “Enterprise” (grands comptes en FR et à l’international...).
    • Analyser les retours clients, les données d'utilisation de notre produit et les performances des produits pour identifier les axes d'amélioration et améliorer l’adoption de nos features.
  • Go-to-market
    • Collaborer avec les équipes Produit pour définir la roadmap produit et prioriser les développements en fonction des besoins du marché.
    • Piloter le lancement de nouvelles offres, en coordonnant les actions des différentes équipes (Produit, Commerciales, Communication).
    • Définir les KPIs de succès et suivre les performances des lancements.
  • Support aux équipes commerciales (Sales & AM)
    • Créer des outils d'aide à la vente (présentations, argumentaires ...) pour faciliter la prospection et la conversion des leads.
    • Former les équipes commerciales aux différents produits et features et aux évolutions du marché.
    • Participer à la préparation de certains rendez-vous clients stratégiques pour présenter les solutions Payplug et répondre aux questions (en binôme avec les Presales).
  • Tu as 8 ans d'expérience en product marketing, idéalement dans le secteur des fintech / du paiement
  • Tu démontres une excellente connaissance des enjeux de Grands Comptes (locaux et internationaux).
  • Tu as de fortes compétences en analyse de marché, en positionnement produit et en communication.
  • Tu as une très bonne expérience en analyse de données (Tableau)
  • Tu as une capacité importante à travailler en mode projet et à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Tu as une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.

  • Business Case client (préparation en amont puis restitution) (1h30) ;
  • Rencontre avec une partie de l'équipe (30') ;

Une prise de références sera faite en fin de process

  • Organisation de travail hybride + participation à hauteur de 350€ sur les équipements en télétravail ;
  • 25 CP / an & 10 RTT / an ;
