Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team!

Parts Coordinator Role Overview

To support all Plant maintenance in the ordering and receiving of all parts for production and building maintenance.  To seek cost effective replacement parts, establish relationships with OEMs and local vendors.  Provides a period cost analysis of all expenditures and tracks all expenses to the P&L.  Supports the Plant through focused efforts on sourcing and cost reduction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Orders a complexity of manufacturing parts for 38M case facility with Blow Molders, Self-Manufacturing, and High Speed Fillers.
  • Monitors/tracks orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Leverages vendors for pricing, cost reductions, and supply.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Orders a complexity of manufacturing parts for 38M case facility with Blow Molders, Self-Manufacturing, and High Speed Fillers.
  • Monitors/tracks orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Leverages vendors for pricing, cost reductions, and supply.
  • Other duties as assigned.
