Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (US Eastern Time core hours) with flexible remainder

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Junior Advertising Manager with a strong focus on Amazon DSP and PPC campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Amazon advertising tools, campaign optimization, and e-commerce performance metrics. You’ll be responsible for building and managing ad strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and measurable growth across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Optimization

  • Create and manage Amazon DSP and PPC campaigns focused on revenue growth
  • Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, and ad creatives based on performance data
  • Maintain a strong focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost-per-Click (CPC), and conversion rate
  • Use keyword research and trend analysis to guide ad strategy
  • Stay updated with Amazon Ads best practices, changes, and new features

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, creative, and operations teams
  • Align ad strategy with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends
  • Coordinate ad creatives, copy, and placement to match brand guidelines
  • Support larger media planning initiatives alongside senior marketing leaders

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor ad performance daily and proactively flag issues or opportunities
  • Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and campaign recommendations
  • Use tools and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign ROI
  • Make data-driven decisions to iterate and scale winning strategies

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (DSP and PPC)
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads ecosystem, including keyword strategies and audience targeting
  • Experience managing $10k+ monthly ad budgets
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance metrics and dashboards
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
