Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

Digital Marketing Manager – Drive Growth, Optimize Performance, and Make an Impact!
Are you passionate about SEO, digital marketing, and conversion optimization? Do you thrive in data-driven environments where your insights directly impact lead generation and business growth? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will join our Growth Marketing team and will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, optimizing website performance, and driving high-intent organic traffic. Working within a multi-disciplinary marketing team of 16,  you’ll have the opportunity to craft creative solutions that fuel our marketing pipeline and maximize conversion rates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supercharge SEO & Organic Growth – Leverage internal SEO tools (BrightEdge) and collaborate with the web development team to enhance organic traffic and optimize conversion rates for more than 1.2m web visitors per annum.

  • Optimize Lead Generation & Business Intelligence – Work with Growth Marketing & Business Development to refine marketing tactics that generate high-quality leads.

  • Solve Marketing Challenges Creatively – Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop innovative strategies that boost pipeline and engagement across all digital channels.

  • Monitor & Improve Website Health – Analyze and enhance website performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and strong conversion paths.

  • Bridge Field & Digital Marketing – Support in-person marketing initiatives by implementing digital tactics that extend audience reach and engagement.

  • Design, develop and execute campaigns - Support the Growth marketing team to launch campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.

  • Maximize our industry leading martech stack - Help Percona realize the true value of our amazing tech stack, including 6Sense, HubSpot, SalesForce, TypeForm, BrightEdge, Foleon, Unbounce and more…

What You Have Done:

  • SEO & SEM Expertise – You understand search algorithms, keyword strategy, and organic growth tactics like the back of your hand. Experience using BrightEdge will be very beneficial.

  • Marketing Tech Savvy – Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferably), ad serving platforms and analytics tools to optimize digital performance.

  • Creative Problem Solver – You love tackling marketing challenges and finding data-backed solutions to improve conversion rates.

  • Effective Communicator & Collaborator – You can work cross-functionally with teams and external contractors to drive initiatives forward.

  • Self-Starter Mindset – You take ownership of projects, work independently, and continuously optimize for success.
