Associate Analyst, Marketing Analyst & BI

We coordinate and align these pillars to ensure that leadership and team members can make informed decisions and drive business outcomes. You will be an adaptable/flexible change agent driving data driven decisioning while seeing the benefits of your hard work turn into business outcomes.What You'll Do at Pega:• In support of our lead analyst, you will be creating compelling data visualizations and building robust semantic data models using business intelligence tools (Proficiency preferred but not required in any of the following: Power BI, Databricks, PowerQuery, Google Analytics (GA4), SQL, DAX).• Work with the main business partner lead to capture stakeholders needs and support data-supported decision-making across various business units.• Play a key role in a best-in-class go-to-market analytics & BI team (documentation, data management).• Support operational business transformations, aimed at repeatability and scalability.• Opportunities for continuous learning and skill development through collaboration with senior team members, Pega leaders, and individual training goals.Who You Are:• 0-2 years of experience in data collection and preparation, data analysis, building and delivering reporting systems, while leveraging business intelligence tools.• Familiar with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI or Tableau.• You’re curious to learn and understand, ensure others understand.• You like to solve complex problems and make things simple.• Strong drive to get things to “done-done”.
