If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, then the Upstream Manufacturing Scientist position at our cutting-edge facility in New Jersey might be your calling! We’re on the lookout for seven passionate and skilled professionals to enhance our Upstream and Downstream Manufacturing teams, especially as we transition from pilot manufacturing to commercial production. In this role, you’ll engage in mammalian cell culture processes and operate bioreactors to produce recombinant proteins for biologics, all while managing cell culture batches of up to 2000L. You’ll collaborate closely with manufacturing associates and engineers, ensuring you provide clear instructions and guidance throughout the process. Your attention to detail will shine as you initiate batch records and protocols, overseeing investigations within a cGMP environment to maintain strict compliance. With a focus on safety and quality, you'll not only review and document batch records but also ensure that every step adheres to GMP guidelines. If you have 1-2 years of experience in cell culture and bioreactor operations, especially within a GMP and aseptic manufacturing setting, this is your chance to take your career to the next level with us. We can’t wait to see how your expertise with single-use manufacturing consumables and scale-up activities will contribute to our success!
