Design Program Managers own and execute design programs that drive team impact and product initiatives forward at Pinterest. They develop programming focused on holistic product vision for the design team experience. They partner with design leadership to focus on delivery operations. They are experts at balancing strategic planning alongside execution, and know how to leverage stakeholders and partners to move programs forward. They are strong creative thinkers, who can break down complex problems and provide solutions to support their programs and the teams.
At Pinterest, the DPM will be responsible for managing operations, processes, and projects for a multidisciplinary team of designers. DPMs are assigned across various areas of the Core (organic/non-paid user-facing product), Monetization (merchant and advertising product), or Foundations (internal facing) Design organizations. This role will support Design Foundations in the Design Innovation team.

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2-3 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
