Member Marketing Intern

Progyny is seeking an undergraduate Summer Intern to join our dynamic Member Marketing team for the summer and gain hands-on experience supporting growth, client services, and operations functions. As an intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how we raise awareness of Progyny's benefits—and you’ll help make that experience even better. This is a great opportunity for a motivated undergraduate student interested in marketing, healthcare, communications, or operations.  This person will gain real-world experience across multiple marketing functions, exposure to a mission-driven healthcare organization, opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentorship and learning from a supportive, experienced team. 

 

Progyny’s internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to gain valuable corporate work experience while contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the company. The internship program runs year-round based on the needs of each department, with a dedicated summer program that begins in June. Summer interns will be required to present to senior leadership on project(s) that they have completed during their time with Progyny. The internship program will align the intern to a specific business leader to execute on a specific project plan. This is a paid internship with a hybrid schedule, requiring interns to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote positions may also be available. 

 

 What you'll do... 

 

Growth Marketing 

  • Audit member-facing materials and compile a centralized copy document by product to support content updates and consistency  

  • Organize and catalog member quotes from resources like our podcast and website  

  • Support the development of copy and asset templates for our monthly thematic content  

 

Client Services 

  • Conduct audits of client websites to assess how Progyny is mentioned and presented  

 

Marketing Operations 

  • Organize and maintain member materials in SharePoint, including templates and client success manager (CSM) training resources  

  • Track and report on QR code analytics  

  • Proofread 2026 member-facing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency  

  • Help maintain and update our one-pager library, including submitting files to the Design team for revision  

 

About you... 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior preferred)  

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills  

  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn  

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects  

  • Interest in marketing, healthcare, or tech a plus

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
