Our client is a dynamic and growing company that helps people upskill into six-figure cybersecurity roles. With a strong reputation in the market, they provide high-quality, career-transforming training in the cybersecurity field. They are now looking to expand their team with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive the growth of their business by generating new leads and booking appointments for the sales team.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process. This includes researching prospects, conducting cold outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the account executive team. The role is focused on generating new business, targeting companies and individuals interested in cybersecurity training programs. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling, emails, and other forms of outreach to generate new business opportunities

  • Research companies and individuals within the target market to identify decision-makers

  • Qualify leads and book meetings with prospects for the sales team

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and progress

  • Develop and manage lists of prospective clients using tools like ZoomInfo

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

  • Track outreach efforts, including emails, calls, and meetings

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities

  • Help manage and optimize the lead generation process

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development

  • Strong communication skills in English (clear and professional accent)

  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow

  • Comfortable with cold calling, researching prospects, and booking meetings

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
