Summary:Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling, and tracking projects
Manage project budgets and timelines
Identify and mitigate project risks
Develop and maintain project documentation (notes, Confluence pages, etc)
Setting up meetings, booking rooms, and own notes and action item distribution
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Sales team as it pertains to his/her projects (for example, leadership offsites, sales summits, etc)
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Integrate work and updates provided by partners into overall reporting
Prepare and deliver project reports to stakeholders
Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and communications
Managing the overall Sales team calendar and ensuring early execution against goals (e.g. Upfronts/Newfronts, Sales Industry Events, etc)
Supporting distribution, review, and submission of Annual Business Plans
Running short-term and long-term business implementation projects

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York, NY, is expected to be between $110,000 ~ $130,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
