Recruiter, Shared Services

Support the shared services recruitment efforts for Red Bull North America. Proactively build and manage relationships with top talent across the United States. Create and maintain talent pipelines for high demand positions. Aid in the conception and management of special projects focused on the attraction and acquisition of top talent. Anticipate future talent requirements to support growth and/or new business initiatives. Maintain current market research on the shared services talent landscape and relevant industry dynamics. Take a genuine and timely approach to working with all candidates. Seize every opportunity possible to “wow” candidates. Drive the continuous improvement of talent acquisition efforts by challenging the status quo and offering alternative solutions.
