We’re very well funded by Tier 1 investors, and now we're looking for our first GTM leadership hire - a Founding Head of Sales who can transform our early momentum into a world-class GTM organization.

Philosophy: You're a player-coach who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and sell directly while building the foundation for a high-performing sales organization. You understand that at this stage, execution is everything - you'll need to both drive revenue personally and develop the playbook that will scale.
Experience: You have a proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions. You’ve built a revenue organization from the ground up to tens of millions in ARR.
Strategic Thinking: You can develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and company vision. You have the ability to identify and prioritize market segments, refine our value proposition, and establish sales processes that drive predictable revenue.
Leadership: You inspire confidence in both customers and team members. You lead by example and have a talent for identifying, recruiting, and developing exceptional sales talent. You've successfully built and led high-performance sales teams in high-growth environments.
Technical Acumen: You can quickly grasp complex technical concepts and articulate our value proposition to technical and business stakeholders alike. You understand the AI/ML landscape and can position our solution effectively.
First 3 months: Operating as an IC to close deals, develop our sales playbook, and refine our go-to-market strategy. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs and optimize our sales approach.
Beyond 3 months: Building and leading a high-performing sales team. You'll be directly responsible for hiring, training, and managing AEs and SDRs while establishing the systems and processes needed for scalable growth.
Partnering closely with the founders as a key member of our founding leadership team, responsible for the GTM strategy and achieving revenue targets while shaping product direction based on market feedback and customer needs.
Developing and implementing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to drive predictable revenue growth.
Creating and refining sales enablement materials, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
Play a key role in building our culture as the company grows
Have experience selling AI/ML or document processing solutions
Have a network of enterprise relationships you can leverage
Have experience selling to both technical and business buyers
