About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with excellent English communication skills to conduct cold outreach, set up appointments, and send follow-up emails to potential clients. You will be working with B2B and B2C leads, utilizing tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo to identify prospects and drive conversions. This is a results-driven role with commission incentives for every closed deal. If you have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a proactive approach to sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Outreach:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our services and schedule sales appointments.
    • Handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
    • Follow up with leads via phone and email to increase conversion rates.
  • Email Outreach & Follow-Ups:
    • Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects after calls.
    • Manage responses and schedule appointments for the sales team.
    • Create and send cold email drip campaigns & email sequences using SmartLead
  • CRM & Tools Management:
    • Utilize ListKit (similar to:Apollo and ZoomInfo) to research and qualify leads.
    • Track and document all outreach activities, ensuring data accuracy.
    • Setup of new CRM specifically for outbound strategy.
  • Performance & Targets:
    • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
    • Book meetings daily with marketing strategists
    • Earn commission on every closed deal resulting from your appointments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English Speaker (Required) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with digital agencies and services (SEO, digital marketing, web design/development, reputation management, etc.) 
  • Ability to handle objections and engage in sales conversations confidently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Experience using ListKit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with Email Service Provider SmartLead (or similar)
