Restaurant Brands International is seeking a dynamic and analytical Supply Chain Manager for New Product Launches within our Supply Chain Team in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end execution of new product introductions, acting as the central liaison between internal cross-functional teams, our purchasing cooperative, and external vendors. The successful candidate will ensure smooth product rollouts by optimizing production plans, inventory placement, waste and yield management in restaurants, and post-launch performance monitoring. This position also contributes heavily with our demand planning process.
Lead new product launches by coordinating between marketing, demand planning, culinary, operations, procurement, the purchasing cooperative, suppliers, and distribution centers.
Review and create forecasts for both core and LTO (Limited Time Offer) products, ensuring best in class in-stock rates at our Popeyes restaurants.
Assist suppliers and our purchasing cooperative on production plans and inventory strategies to ensure seamless execution and minimize disruptions.
Monitor and optimize supply chain performance post-launch, analyzing data on sales, yields, waste, and restaurant-level performance.
Partner with vendors and distribution centers to align inventory placement with forecasted demand.
Manage supply chain aspects of menu transitions, ensuring franchisee and operator alignment.
Support product innovation, market tests, sustainability efforts, and strategic initiatives from a supply chain perspective.
Develop and present reports to senior leadership on inventory levels, depletion progress, cost structures, and supply chain performance metrics.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supply continuity, cost efficiency, and product execution.
Manage all internal supply-related communications, ensuring alignment across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related fields, preferably in retail or QSR industries.
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Familiarity with inventory management, distribution center operations, purchase orders, and freight logistics.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and supply chain technology platforms and BI tools. Experience with Arrowstream, Tableau and/or Snowflake databases are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
