We’ve built a small but powerful B2B sales team, signing and retaining dozens of top media and technology companies. Now, we’re investing further to scale our sales motion, expand our team, and take Restream to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team – Hire, train, and coach a team of Account Executives in our Austin office, helping them exceed their goals.

  • Lead from the Front – You won’t just manage; you’ll sell alongside your team, helping close deals and refine our approach.

  • Drive Revenue Growth – Own and exceed quarterly sales targets for our Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses.

  • Scale & Optimize Sales Processes – Improve the entire sales cycle, from inbound lead conversion to outbound pipeline generation, renewals, and upsells.

  • Expand Our Outbound Strategy – Develop and refine outbound sales initiatives to generate new business from high-value accounts.

  • Leverage Product-Led Growth – Convert Restream’s customer base (signups, free users, existing customers) to enterprise packages.

  • Get Hands-On – Join customer calls, refine sales playbooks, and ensure the team is executing at a high level.

  • Use Sales Tech to Win – Optimize sales outreach through lead generation and automation tools, social selling (LinkedIn), CRM (Hubspot).

  • Work in Ambiguity – We don’t have all the answers, and that’s part of the job. You’ll iterate quickly, learn from failures, and thrive in uncertainty.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 2+ years managing a team.

  • Startup Sales Leadership - proven success hiring, coaching, and scaling sales teams while exceeding quota.

  • Experience building and optimizing both inbound and outbound sales motions.

  • Experience Selling Competitive Products – You’ve sold in a crowded market and know how to differentiate and win.

  • Deep understanding of full-cycle sales—cold outreach, sales development, closing, upselling, and renewals.

  • Data-driven mindset—you use metrics to track performance and improve sales efficiency.

  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in startup environments.

  • Passion for live streaming, media, and tech—you’re excited to help organizations use video to engage their audiences.

  • Process-Oriented but Agile – You can build repeatable systems while adapting to the realities of a fast-moving startup.
