Customer Engineer Intern - Education
DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Engineer Intern for the Ricoh Education team will work onsite full-time at our K-12 school’s client locations. This individual is responsible for working closely with clients and cross functional support teams to manage and maintain the technology used by these customers. This is a full-time summer position lasting up to 12 weeks during the summer months and will involve using both technology and business skills in support of our client’s environment. The position requires technical workstation knowledge, and basic knowledge of both Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX, and/or Google Chrome operating systems, basic network administration and troubleshooting skills. Interns will possess attention to detail, business intuition, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to professionally conduct oneself to all levels of the corporate structure.
**This position will require travel within your region therefore adequate transportation is a requirement - utilizing public transportation and/or personal vehicle where necessary. Travel costs will not be reimbursed **
**Interns will be provided with a Ricoh laptop during the internship to access Microsoft productivity suite, Google Apps, and internet.**
