We provide support for both commercial and military customers by developing key relationships and ensuring the organization upholds that excellent customer experience.
This is a rare opportunity for you to join our extraordinary customer service team at our large state of the art Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Columbus, GA.
What You Will Do:
Provide in-house day-to-day customer operational support
Handle the flow of communication between the Customers and Columbus Engine Center
Plan and assist customer on-site visits to meet company policies and regulations
Execute Gate 0 (pre-induction) planning and deliverables
Collaborate on a regular basis with key departments: Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain
Meet time-sensitive deadlines and solve daily challenges with minimal oversight
Collaborate with site personnel to ensure compliance to all corporate policies
Qualifications You Must Have:
High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience to include customer service within a manufacturing/production environment, cross functional teaming experience and Excel skills or an Associates Degree and 8 years of experience to include customer service within a manufacturing/production environment, cross functional teaming experience and Excel skills

Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience delivering written communication to all levels of leadership
Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing experience
MRO experience
Customer service experience
Ability to meet commitments and resolve conflicting priorities
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
