Renewals is the backbone of any SaaS company. This position is a vital part of Samsara’s sales management team. The renewals manager will be working closely with broader sales and customer outcomes organizations to ensure a high value customer experience at time of renewal. The position requires strong direction and client hands, priority management, and operational excellence. This role is metrics driven, responsible for strong financial results for their team.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
