JOB SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner- Employee Relations is responsible for high level HR functions with a primary focus on employee / labor relations, assuring hospital leadership is provided with education and knowledge to equitably apply hospital policies and procedures as well as behavioral standards. Ensures compliance with all internal policies and processes, as well as all federal and state law requirements. This position supports employees, managers, and Directors by providing solutions and outcomes that reflect the mission and values of the hospital.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma required. Associate or Bachelors degree.
Experience: 5 - 7 year’s experience in Human Resources with minimum of 4 years generalist experience required.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent computer skills including word, power point, excel, and publisher.
License/Certifications: PHR or SPHR preferred.
Equipment: General office equipment.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$36.50 - $54.76
