The Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting top talent, positioning R2Net as an employer of choice, and implementing innovative strategies to source competitive and unique candidates who set our company apart. This role will focus on attracting and hiring top talent across a variety of departments from retail and manufacturing to operations and accounting teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for connecting with people and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, whether screening a high-volume pipeline or sourcing for a hard-to-fill technical position. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while also supporting key onboarding processes.

Annual base salary range: $65,000 - $80,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
