About the role

Sei Foundation is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our physical office space in the NoHo/East Village neighborhood of New York City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving problems independently, and wants to contribute to a fast-moving blockchain company that’s building at the frontier of web3.

Our NYC space is more than just an office—it’s a collaboration hub for team members, ecosystem partners, and community events. As Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our space runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and serves as a productive and inspiring place for all who use it.

Responsibilities

  • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the NYC office, including vendor coordination, supplies management, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring everything is running efficiently and professionally.

  • Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing occasional in-person events, partner meetings, and community gatherings hosted in the office.
