Sei Foundation is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our physical office space in the NoHo/East Village neighborhood of New York City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving problems independently, and wants to contribute to a fast-moving blockchain company that’s building at the frontier of web3.
Our NYC space is more than just an office—it’s a collaboration hub for team members, ecosystem partners, and community events. As Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our space runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and serves as a productive and inspiring place for all who use it.
Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the NYC office, including vendor coordination, supplies management, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring everything is running efficiently and professionally.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing occasional in-person events, partner meetings, and community gatherings hosted in the office.
Space Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and well-equipped office environment that fosters creativity, productivity, and collaboration.
Ecosystem Hospitality: Act as the main point of contact for visiting partners and collaborators, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues—from tech hiccups to logistics—with minimal oversight.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with remote team members across departments to support broader company needs as they relate to the NYC office.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a welcoming, can-do attitude.
Experience in office management, operations, hospitality, or event coordination.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
High degree of ownership and accountability.
Passion for web3 and interest in blockchain ecosystems.
Prior experience supporting executive teams or managing VIP events.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
