Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Shasta Regional Medical Center, your primary responsibilities include delivering direct and indirect patient care in the Operating Room. You will coordinate care among surgical teams and ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards while actively engaging in performance improvement initiatives. You will also lead and support OR Technicians, providing guidance in daily operations.

To qualify for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Shasta Regional Medical Center, applicants must hold a current RN License, certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within specified timelines upon hire. Additionally, a minimum of one-year previous Perioperative experience is required, and while a Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) certification and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) are preferred, they are not mandatory.
