Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement our orientation program and ongoing educational initiatives, ensuring our staff is well-equipped to deliver the best care possible. You’ll also coordinate training for our signature Heartfelt Connections™ Memory Care program—an integral aspect of our community! Your role will involve maintaining compliance with state regulations, documenting medical records accurately, and supporting licensed staff in resident care coordination. As part of our Quality Assurance program, you will audit resident records and uphold our high standards of care. If you are a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience in nursing, preferably in assisted living, and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
