Salary and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $128,485 - $154,182/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions. Smiths Detection provides comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, working directly with technical drawings and quality specifications to ensure our detection solutions meet the highest standards. Your expertise in quality management systems like ISO 9001, along with your experience in First Article Inspection, will be crucial as you analyze data, develop metrics, and assist in root cause analysis of any failures or defects. You’ll also be responsible for leading audits and supporting your colleagues, providing mentorship while promoting a culture of quality and safety in the workplace.
