Nous concevons et commercialisons des solutions informatiques pour aider nos clients à mieux gérer et optimiser leurs opérations de maintenance. Demain vous pourrez faire partie de nos équipes, composées de chefs de projets, de business analysts et de solution builders, fortement sensibilisés aux besoins de ce secteur, aux problématiques d’ergonomie et à la qualité de la production logicielle.

Aero-Webb® est un produit édité par 2MoRO qui s'adresse aux entreprises du secteur Aéronautique et Défense (Compagnies aériennes ou d’hélicoptères, Centres de réparation, Constructeurs et Fabricants de pièces,…).

Cette solution clef en main couvre plusieurs fonctionnalités (modules métiers) liées à la réparation et à l’entretien d’équipements complexes (gestion du référentiel d’entretien, contrôle de configuration, suivi de flotte, navigabilité, planification et exécution de la maintenance, logistique, RH…).

Ce produit est assujetti à une feuille de route logicielle qui permet au fil des versions commercialisées, de compléter la gamme des fonctionnalités proposées par l’outil en standard.

Environnement de travail 

Nos projets actuels se concentrent sur l'aéronautique avec la mise en œuvre d'une solution Aero-Webb, qui couvre les grandes fonctions de maintenance et de logistique pour les flottes verticalisées tels que le Rafale, l'ATL2 et le Mirage 2000.

Nous recherchons un.e Tech Lead Fullstack souhaitant évoluer dans un contexte stimulant.

Vous maitrisez les technologies WEB et Java.

Votre rôle et vos missions

Vos activités en tant que responsable des développements : 

  • Vous validez les entrants, la conception et les chiffrages. Vous êtes garant des bonnes pratiques et des moyens visant à assurer la qualité des réalisations technique ; 
  • Vous coordonnez les actions de développement sur un périmètre donné en interface avec tous les acteurs ;
  • Vous assurez la pérennité et la couverture de l’automatisation des tests ;
  • Vous êtes le garant de la capitalisation documentaire technique ;
  • Vous vulgarisez et présentez des sujets techniques au sein des équipes.
  • Vous êtes le relai des communautés dans l’équipe ;
  • Vous êtes le support des développeurs de l’équipe et réalisez les revues de code ;
  • Vous êtes le garant du bon fonctionnement la chaîne d’intégration continue ;
  • Vous connaissez les capacités de chaque membre de l’équipe. Vous identifiez des challenges proportionnés à leur confier.

 

Qualifications

Vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en encadrement d’une équipe de développement ainsi que des expériences de conception applicatives.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. 

Pro-actif(ve) et autonome, vous n’avez pas de difficulté à aller chercher les informations manquantes ou bien à vous tourner vers votre responsable hiérarchique pour faire remonter d’éventuelles difficultés ou point d’amélioration.

Pour finir, vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5 d’école d’ingénieur, université ou formation équivalente.
