As a Product Engineer for our AI Agents Product, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers and cutting-edge AI-driven automation solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with direct customer engagement to tailor AI-powered automation to real-world logistics workflows.
You will work closely with customers to understand their operational pain points, rapidly prototype solutions, and deploy AI-driven automation that transforms their day-to-day processes. This is a high-impact, customer-facing engineering role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, product development, and real-world problem-solving.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their operational challenges and customize AI agents to fit their workflows.
Develop and deploy intelligent AI-driven automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing logistics software systems.
Work closely with Pallet’s product and engineering teams to refine AI capabilities based on real-world use cases and feedback.
Build and optimize APIs, database solutions, and front-end interfaces that connect AI agents with enterprise logistics platforms.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of AI-driven automation systems for high-volume logistics processes across multiple industries.
Conduct hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure smooth AI agent deployments.
3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for applying technology to real-world operational challenges.
Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and related technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong ability to move quickly, iterate, and deploy working solutions in fast-paced environments.
Bonus: Experience deploying, integrating, or optimizing AI-driven or automation-based solutions in enterprise environments.
Bonus: Experience with AI/ML technologies, RPA, NLP-driven automation, or logistics software.
Work directly with customers to deploy AI-powered agents that revolutionize logistics operations.

Salary range of $160,000-$260,000 + generous equity.
