Purpose of the role: 

For the Lab/Life science Design and Build vertical, your role will focus on generating leads and converting them into successful deals. You will be aligned with Space Matrix’s goals and objectives, including driving revenue growth, enhancing client retention through exceptional client success, and establishing thought leadership in the industry. Space Matrix specializes in various lab segments, such as Semiconductor Labs, Clean Room Facilities, Pharma Labs, Chemistry Labs, and R&D Labs, with a primary focus on fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Satisfaction: Client satisfaction is at the heart of our values. You will be responsible for understanding clients' key business drivers and decision-making processes, ensuring that your solutions help them achieve their goals.
  • Sales & Solutions for Lab Projects: Drive sales and solution activities for lab projects, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' needs while working towards achieving Space Matrix’s annual and half-yearly revenue targets for the Lab vertical.
  • Revenue Targets: You will be responsible for achieving both half-yearly and annual revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Take a proactive role in generating and nurturing leads, ensuring successful conversions within the lab design sector, aligned with the established targets.
  • Value Proposition: Drive the Space Matrix value proposition to stand out as the most compelling and unique offering in your pitches and proposals.
  • Revenue Growth Planning: Plan and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for the Lab vertical in alignment with the company’s broader organizational goals.
  • Target Achievement: Fulfill the half-yearly revenue targets assigned to you, ensuring consistent progress and results.

What we are looking for:

Proven Sales & Business Development Experience – A strong track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the Lab, Life Sciences sectors, with a focus on fit-out projects.

Industry Knowledge & Expertise – Deep understanding of lab environments, including Semiconductor Labs, Clean Rooms, Pharma Labs, Chemistry Labs, and R&D facilities, along with familiarity with industry trends and regulations.

Strategic Thinking & Execution – Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Space Matrix’s revenue goals while identifying new market opportunities for business growth

Network & Lead Generation Ability – Established network within the Lab and Life Sciences industry, along with the capability to proactively generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful projects.

Result-Oriented & Self-Driven – A high-energy, results-driven professional who takes ownership of targets, works proactively, and delivers on commitments.
