Purpose of the role:
For the Lab/Life science Design and Build vertical, your role will focus on generating leads and converting them into successful deals. You will be aligned with Space Matrix’s goals and objectives, including driving revenue growth, enhancing client retention through exceptional client success, and establishing thought leadership in the industry. Space Matrix specializes in various lab segments, such as Semiconductor Labs, Clean Room Facilities, Pharma Labs, Chemistry Labs, and R&D Labs, with a primary focus on fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
What we are looking for:
Proven Sales & Business Development Experience – A strong track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the Lab, Life Sciences sectors, with a focus on fit-out projects.
Industry Knowledge & Expertise – Deep understanding of lab environments, including Semiconductor Labs, Clean Rooms, Pharma Labs, Chemistry Labs, and R&D facilities, along with familiarity with industry trends and regulations.
Strategic Thinking & Execution – Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Space Matrix’s revenue goals while identifying new market opportunities for business growth
Network & Lead Generation Ability – Established network within the Lab and Life Sciences industry, along with the capability to proactively generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful projects.
Result-Oriented & Self-Driven – A high-energy, results-driven professional who takes ownership of targets, works proactively, and delivers on commitments.
